Farfalle alla Mediterranea
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)
300g Farfalle Amato  
Corolle di carciofi prontofresco  
Alici prontofresco  
Capperi prontofresco  
Fresh herbs  
PREPARATION

Cook 300g of farfalle "al dente" and allow to cool down add 400g of corolle di carciofi cut into quarters, 50g of anchovies and 20g of capers. Dress with oil and fresh herbs and serve cold.
