Spaghetti with tomato sauce
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)
Dry pasta (Spaghetti) 400g
Sugo al Pomodoro Prontofresco 320g
Extra virgin olive oil 30g
Fresh basil 1 Leaf
PREPARATION
Pour the Sugo al Pomodoro in a saucepan and simmer lightly, then remove from heat.
Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente and drain.
Pour a ladle full of sauce (ladle no.8 - 160g) in a pan and heat.
Toss the pasta in the pan and mix well.
Before serving drizzle with a little olive oil and add a leaf of fresh basil.
