Stuffed Artichockes
INGREDIENTS (for 1 serving)
Corolle di carciofo Prontofresco 100g
Crema di salmone Prontofresco 5g
Ricotta cheese 40g
Chives  
PREPARATION
Drain the corolle di carciofo from their liquid and open them up slightly.
Combine the ricotta cheese with the Crema di salmone.
Stuff the artichokes with this mixture and garnish with chives.
