| HOW TO PREPARE AN EXCELLENT BRUSHETTA

 |
- brush the slice of bread with extra virgin olive oil
- grill in hot oven for 3 minutes
- spread a thin layer of Prontofresco crema 4 formaggi
- spread a layer of Prontofresco cream of choice
- complete with other Prontofresco products of choice and cover with mozzarella pieces
- place in oven and grill for 4-5 minutes
- add final garnish to suite own taste… and the bruschetta is ready!
