Desert:
Mascarpone Cream (Tiramisu Prontofresco) with Rosewater Mango
INGREDIENTS (for single serving)
Tiramisu Prontofresco 50grm
Tinned Mango (drained) 50grm
Rose Water Syrup 20ml (1Tbs)
PREPARATION
  1. Prepare Tiramisu according to instruction
  2. Toss the drained Mango in Rosewater syrup and gently simmer & reduce over a low heat
  3. Pipe the Tiramisu onto a dessert plate
  4. Top with warmed Rosewater Mango
  5. Garnish with Fresh Mint and Serve
