Beef fillet with boletus mushrooms and pink pepper
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)
Funghi e funghi prontofresco 280g
Grangourmet 40g
4 beef fillets Approx 160g each
pink pepper 5g
parsley to taste  
extra virgin olive oil 50g
salt  
PREPARATION
Prepare the grangourmet according to the instructions on the back of the package, add pink pepper and remove from heat. Flavour fillets with salt and saute’ in a pan with oil, add the funghi e funghi, salt to taste and combine with the grangourmet you have prepared.
Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
