Filetto alle cipolline
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)
Beef fillet 700g
Cipolline all’ aceto balsamico prontofresco  
PREPARATION
Saute a whole fillet in a pan with oil until well browned.
Place in an oven pan with 300g of sweet and sour
onions with balsamic vinegar and put in the oven for
15 minutes. Remove, slice and serve.
