Crema al 4 Formaggi + Filetti Alici
Four Cheese + Anchovy Cream Sauce
INGREDIENTS (for 5/6 servings)
Crema al 4 Formaggi 250ml (1cup)
Filetti Alici (pieces) 4-5 each
Chopped Italian Parsley 20ml (1Tbs)
PREPARATION
Lightly pan fry Anchovy Fillets in a little of their own Sunflower Oil
Add Cream al 4 Formaggi and gently heat through add Chopped Parsley and Serve
