Grilled Artichoke Au-Gratin’
INGREDIENTS (for single serving)
Carciofi Grigliati Con Gambo 150 grms
Parmigiano grated 10grm
Chopped Garlic  
Chopped Parsley  
Butter  
PREPARATION

Place Carciofi Grigliati in oven proof dish
Dot with Butter
Sprinkle over chopped Garlic and Parmigiano
Place under ( Salamanda / Grill ) 4-5 mins
Drizzle with Olive Oil
Garnish with Parsley and serve with Toasted Bruschetta
