Seafood Sauce with Salted Capers and Tomato Sauce
INGREDIENTS (for 5/6 servings)
Good quality Mayonnaise 250ml (1cup)
Sugo al Pomodoro 125ml (1/2cup)
Capers finely chopped (capperi al sale) 20ml (1Tbs)
Chopped Chilli (green/seedless) 1 Only (1/2 tsp)
Chopped Fresh Chives 20ml (1Tbs)
PREPARATION
Combine all Ingredients and chill in Refrigerator Serve with Shellfish, Prawn Cocktail, Condiment to Line Fish or Spicy Home Made Fish Cakes
